Chaste Tree Berry
Chaste Tree is one of western herbal medicine’s most universal herbs for supporting female hormones and cycles. It is clinically proven to lengthen the luteal phase of the cycle and supports healthy progesterone levels. It is also believed to have the ability to improve the success rates of reproductive technologies.
Gokshura
Gokshura, also known as Tribulus Terrestris is believed to support production of serum follicle stimulating hormone in women and boost libido. It may also help to normalize ovulation in women.
Shatavari Root
Shatavari Root is Ayurveda’s classic women’s support herb. It is a uterine tonic and menstrual regulator. It increases libido and reproductive fluids and is known to strengthen the uterus, support hormone balance, and support ovulation.
Ashwagandha Root
Ashwagandha Root is Ayurvedic medicine’s classic adaptogen. It has a unique ability to provide both energy and relaxation and restful sleep. Classically it is known as a uterine tonic, especially when combined with Shatavari, and supports healthy libido.
Folate
Folate can help prevent early pregnancy defects that can lead to miscarriage. It helps with cell metabolism throughout the body, including within ovaries. In fact, the CDC urges women to take folic acid every day one month prior to TTC.
We include methylated folate as 5-MTHF, which is the active form of Folic acid.

FAQs
I have PCOS, will the capsules help me?
For PCOS and post-pill issues, we recommend you start with Womb Rebalance and switch to Fertility Support after 1-3 months, once your periods are more regular. But getting pregnant with PCOS needs closer attention from your doctor.
Women who suffer from PCOS sometimes don’t produce enough progesterone, which is needed once they get pregnant.
Since we only recommend taking our supplements until pregnancy is confirmed by a test (and not longer), it is better to consult your doctor before taking the capsules to plan a proper course of action regarding the support you will need during the initial weeks of pregnancy.
What is the recommended schedule?
Start this supplement 1-2 months before you begin actively TTC. This will give your body enough time to regulate ovulatory cycles and boost fertility.
Like any supplement, start easing into the schedule with half the recommended dosage for the first few days, and then increasing to full dosage. We recommend taking the capsules between breakfast and lunch.
How does fertility support help?
Fertility Support capsules are made with herbs like Maca, Ashwagandha, CoQ10, and Shatavari and Vitamins like Folate, vitamins A, C, and D that help in improving egg quality and creating a fertile uterus by decreasing inflammation and nourishing reproductive tissues.
I have regular periods, can i take this?
Yes, it doesn't hurt to get that extra boost during your conception journey. A lot of our clients are women who are healthy and added fertility capsules to their routine to improve their egg quality and help them conceive quickly.
How long should I consume the capsules?
Here is our suggested timeline
Start 1-2 months before you begin actively trying to conceive. You can also start if you are already TTC.
Continue using for 3 - 6 months, or until pregnancy is confirmed with a test. If you do not achieve your desired result within six months, we recommend taking a one-month break.
When should I stop the capsules?
Once you confirm pregnancy with your doctor, we recommend stopping the capsules. We strongly recommend not taking them during pregnancy as a lot of herbs have not been tested for pregnant women.
Should my partner also be taking it?
Yes, we have a separate formulation for men. Since it takes two to start a family, adding Fertility Capsules for Men into your partner’s routine will help to improve sperm count and motility and help create a fertile environment
Should I keep taking my prenatal?
We do have Folate and vitamins A, D, and C in the formulation as recommended by CDC. Eating well during TTC, along with Folate supplementation, is what CDC recommends. We do not believe in burdening one's body with extra vitamins.
We recommend speaking to your doctor if you need any other vitamins besides those mentioned above. We highly recommend starting a prenatal right after you get a confirmed pregnancy result.
Can I take this with prescribed medicines?
Since every formulation is different, we recommend speaking to your doctor if you are on prescribed medication.
Tested For Contaminants
We won't ever put anything in our supplements that we won't use for our families.
All our products are tested for heavy metals and microbiological contaminants. We ensure that these are not only below the FDA threshold, but that they are 20 times lower than the threshold.
