One powder, many uses
Brew 1 tsp ashwagandha with ginger (or your favorite tea) for 5 minutes. Add honey and lemon if desired.
Stir 1 tsp ashwagandha in yogurt. Add honey/sugar if desired. Add a few drops of vanilla. Top with fruits and granola
½ cup almond milk + ½ cup tropical fruits (mango, pineapple, or papaya) + ½ banana + 1 tsp ashwagandha + 2 tbsp almond butter. Blend together till smooth. Top with fruits and seeds (pumpkin or sunflower)
Will I feel sleepy after having ashwagandha?No. While you should feel relaxed, this nerve-tonic works slowly and doesn't make you drowsy. In fact it may improve focus and energy.
Should I have it just before bed-time for a good sleep?Ashwagandha supports restful sleep irrespective of the time of the day you consume it. It could be your first thing in the morning, or a soothing bed-time routine.
