I have been having difficulty getting pregnant for more than one year. I began using the conception bundle two months ago and it was the first time I ovulated naturally. I would highly recommend it if you have difficulty ovulating due to an imbalance of hormones.

The Three Step System
Research-Backed Functional Ingredients
Chaste Tree Berry
Chaste Tree is one of western herbal medicine’s most universal herbs for supporting female hormones and cycles. It is clinically proven to lengthen the luteal phase of the cycle and supports healthy progesterone levels.
Gokshura, also known as Tribulus Terrestris is believed to support production of serum follicle stimulating hormone in women and boost libido. It may also help to normalize ovulation in women.
Shatavari Root is Ayurveda’s classic women’s support herb. It is a uterine tonic and menstrual regulator. It increases libido and reproductive fluids and is known to strengthen the uterus, support hormone balance, and support ovulation.
Ashwagandha Root is Ayurvedic medicine’s classic adaptogen. It has a unique ability to provide both energy and relaxation and restful sleep. Classically it is known as a uterine tonic, especially when combined with Shatavari, and supports healthy libido.
Folate can help prevent early pregnancy defects that can lead to miscarriage. It helps with cell metabolism throughout the body, including within ovaries. In fact, the CDC urges women to take folic acid every day one month prior to TTC.
We include methylated folate as 5-MTHF, which is the active form of Folic acid.
How Freshly Moms is Different
What's the best schedule for this bundle?
Our unique 3-step system works with your schedule. Here is the best way to start:
Month 1: Start with the Womb Rebalance: Do NOT take Fertility Support along with Womb Rebalance. Take 2 capsules, once a day, ideally with breakfast. You may complement it with prenatal vitamins.
Month 2: If you feel your periods are still irregular or too heavy, get another jar of Womb Rebalance and continue taking it for one more month. Otherwise, switch to Fertility Support for Her. Take 4 capsules, once a day, preferably with breakfast.
Month 3: Continue taking Fertility Support for Her.
I have PCOS, will the bundle help me?
Yes, our Womb Support helps with PCOS and post-pill issues. However, getting pregnant with PCOS may need closer attention from your doctor.
If you have PCOS, your may not produce enough progesterone, which is needed once you are pregnant.
We recommend taking our fertility supplements until pregnancy is confirmed by a test, and suggest that you consult your doctor to plan the support you will need during the initial weeks of pregnancy.
My periods are irregular, can i take this?
Yes, the conception bundle is designed to gently regulate hormones, which helps with regular periods. Regular hormonal cycles help you to know when you ovulate and plan your conception with more certainty.
I have regular periods. Will this bundle still help me?
Yes. Even if your periods are regular, your hormones may be out of balance. It could show up as skin issues, heavier or painful periods, and multiple other ways.
The hormonal and conception bundle gently brings your hormonal cycle in harmony, and boosts your egg quality for a holistic pre-conception support.
How long should I take the capsules?
The hormonal and conception bundle is designed for three months, or until you get a confirmed pregnancy. If you are still trying to conceive after three months, continue on Fertility Support for Her for up to another 4 months.
When should I stop the supplements?
Please stop taking the supplements as soon as you have a confirmed pregnancy test with your doctor. Many of the herbs in the supplements have not been tested during pregnancy.
Is there a support bundle for my partner as well?
We have a separate formulation for men. It takes two to start a family, and adding Fertility Support for Men into your partner’s routine will help to improve sperm count, quality, and motility for improved chances of conception.
Should I keep taking my prenatal?
We include essential nutrients like Folate and vitamins A, C, D and E in the formulation. CDC recommends eating well during TTC, along with Folate supplementation. We do not believe extra vitamins are required at this stage.
We recommend speaking to your doctor if you need any other vitamins besides those mentioned above. We do suggest starting a prenatal right after you get a confirmed pregnancy result.
Can I take this with prescribed medicines?
Since every formulation is different, we recommend speaking to your doctor if you are on prescribed medication.
